ARG5420 GMDSS SART Tester - NO LONGER AVAILABLE

The International Maritime Organisation requires that all GMDSS radio equipment is maintained to ensure it meets the appropriate performance requirements. In the event of test failure, ships may be detained in port. Now, for the first time, the ARG5420 SART Tester provides full microwave testing in a portable, easy to use and very cost effective unit.

It is far more effective than the primitive self-test function offered by some SARTs. It provides a much more accurate assessment than is possible using the ships own radar which gives no indication as to sensitivity, output power, pulse width or swept frequency. The ARG5420 provides all this data, quickly and accurately, and retains the data for future analysis.
