Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click on the product links on the main menu to view items within that category and click 'add to cart' to place the product into the shopping basket. After you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

 We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

 We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

Delivery is by courier or air freight at our specially discounted rates; we do not make any profit on delivery.

UK customers can collect orders in person during office hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). Please note you must bring with you the credit card used to make the purchase, together with some identification; for security reasons it is our policy not to hand goods to third parties.

If we have the goods in stock, you should be able to collect them the next working day. If there is any problem, we will let you know by e-mail.

Delivery Schedule

Stock permitting, we will despatch your order right away.

UK deliveries are on a next working day service.  Contact us for delivery services outside the UK.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and will be exempted automatically.

If you are ordering from a VAT registered company outside the UK, click the VAT Exempt box and enter your VAT number.

If your order is exempt for a different reason, e.g. 'Ship Spares in Transit' tax exemption, and enter your reason into the 'coments box' provided. We will contact you by e-mail if there is any problem with this.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Click the padlock symbol in the browser on the payment page for more information. Your full credit card numbers are not stored after the transaction has been processed.

Guarantee

All products are covered by a return to base warranty for a period of at least 12 months. See individual products for details.

Sartech badged products are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of manufacture. The warranty can be classed as void if the are are any obvious signs of damage or intrusion to the item. If an item is repaired under warranty, then the original end date for the warranty is not affected unless specifically agreed. If an item is repaired outside of warranty, then that repair but no other is covered by a 3-month warranty from the date the repair was actioned. If an item is repaired outside of warranty, then all charges will be forwarded to the Customer.
